returns policy

We would be happy to replace or make refunds (some exceptions apply) to you in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order within 7 days from receipt.
However, such items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled (no perfume, deodorants, make-up, etc), unruffled in its original packaging, complete with tags and fit for resale and must be returned to us at the address we specified to you in writing at your own expense within 7 days from receipt.
This is essentially important because we maintain multiple warehousing and it is absolutely necessary you return goods to the appropriate point of dispatch for proper inventory control.



We found it very necessary to emphasize that should you return your parcel(s) to any address which was not specified to you in writing, you are doing this at your own risk and we would not be liable for this. Please take heed.



For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchange any panties (including but not limited to thong, tanga, g-string, boyshort, boyleg, etc); hosiery and swimwear (including but not limited to bikinis, tankinis, swimsuit, beachwear, etc) which has been opened, worn, or otherwise.
This does not affect your statutory rights.



Please note that the customer will be responsible for the postage cost of returning any merchandise to us (which qualify for returns or exchange) as stated above, whether for orders originating in the United Kingdom or International Orders, except where a wrong or faulty item has been sent.



Also, please beware that if you are requesting for refunds and we have sent your order using our free standard delivery incentive, in order to cover the direct cost of post and packing on this order(s), we would therefore deduct this cost from your refunds accordingly.
Depending on how much it cost us, we would advise you what the true cost is prior to initiating the refund process.
Our decision in this case is binding, thus Cfancy (UK) would not unnecessarily be entering into any correspondence with customers in this respect.



Similarly, if you have paid for the delivery/shipping cost (whether by using Express [Next Day] delivery in the UK or International Shipping) and we have provided this service by dispatching your order, and you have cause to cancel this order and request for refund, this cost will be borne by you and your refund will exclude this shipping charges.



All request for exchange or refunds must be made in writing within 2 days of receipt of order.
All refunds will be credited to the payment card used for the purchase within 5 working days, after having received the goods and found them to have been in their original condition and fit for resale.
May we remind you that you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods in your possession, failure of which may result in claims being made against you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you take all necessary care when returning goods by post, obtain Proof or Certificate of Posting as we cannot be liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
You are advise to insure the goods.



Your rights under our returns policy are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Act 2000.
We reserve the rights to make changes to our returns policy without prior notice.
